The Fat 50 size of ammo cans are hard to find, so we are offering new production cans to satisfy the demand for this size of ammo can. These are Genuine US mil-spec, “Fat 50” PA108 ammo cans sized for M249 SAW machine gun ammo. One new production military spec PA108 Fat 50 ammo can will be shipped in a cardboard box.

The PA-108 spec metal ammo cans are also known as the "Fat 50" ammo can because they are a couple inches wider and a little taller than a traditional M2A1 "50 cal" size ammo can. The slightly larger size of PA-108 Fat 50 ammo can makes it more versatile as a waterproof storage solution than the smaller ammo can variants, allowing larger objects to be stored inside while still maintaining a light weight, easily transportable size.

These ammo cans are brand new with no lettering other than the UN specification printed on the side which certifies the cans to be genuine military spec. These are military spec products, and may have minor handling wear from shipping. Each genuine mil-spec PA108 Fat 50 ammo can ships via UPS ground in a cardboard box.

My new favorite ammo can supplier!

Great can, got it to match to an existing can in my collection. Perfect for shotgun shells it can hold up 60x5 round boxes. It was clean and obviously unused. No hassles. The best customer service is the one that doesn't need to be used!

Storing ammunition with confidence

I am very happy with the quality of your product. I have purchased metal ammo cans from the usual places with a “good enough” attitude. There is no comparison between the thicker metal and superior seals of your cans with ones from big box stores. Yours also has a great paint job and sturdy latches and handles. I will proudly be replacing the Chinese products I have purchased with yours in due time.
