Quantity Three - New USGI M2A2 50cal Size Steel 5.56 Ammo Can

Quantity three, new production, USGI, 50 cal size, metal M2A2 ammo cans! These ammo cans are produced by an approved supplier to the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant for current military ammo cans. The fit, finish, quality and corrosion resistance of these ammo cans are outstanding compared to some of the other ammo can producers. Combine excellent production quality with the upgraded M2A2 ammo can design and you get the best ammunition storage solution possible. The upgraded M2A2 ammo can design preserves the seal and includes a heavier duty hinge assembly for increased longevity and durability.

We have worked with ammo cans from all of the ammo can manufacturers over the years and believe the quality of materials and corrosion resistance of these cans are some of the best. Each ammo can has a powder coated finish with a corrosion resistant zinc phosphate base layer to ensure corrosion resistance that far exceeds US Military standards.

So what is the difference between USGI ammo cans and Chinese knock-off cans? The USGI ammo can specs require a robust, high quality seal that actually comprises a surprisingly large portion of the manufacturing cost for each ammo can. The Chinese manufactures are not bound to military specifications and have substituted a cheaper, less durable seal to reduce their costs that do not last as long. USGI ammo cans are required to have a zinc phosphate base coating that acts as a primer for the powder coat finish and provides additional corrosion resistance. Chinese ammo cans do not have the zinc phosphate base coat. The Chinese ammo cans look the same, and may feel the same, but they are not the same. With ammunition prices at an all time high, don't compromise your investment by choosing an ammo can that prioritizes cost savings over long-term moisture resistance.

Each 3 pack of M2A2 ammo boxes are shipped in a cardboard box via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Since military ammo cans are not consumer grade retail items, some of the ammo cans may have light scuffs and dings from handling, but are in brand new condition. .

Tough , Stackable , 50 Cal. Ammo Can's

I recently purchased a three pack of the new M2A2 .5o Cal ammo can's , and I am totally satisfied with my purchase. With the redesign of the can's, they can now be safely stacked without worrying about seal deformation. I am using these cans specifically for primer storage, along with packs of dessicant to keep them dry. So far the primers are bone dry and no sign moisture absorption. This is one item of my 3rd purchase from Clean Ammo Cans, and I plan on making many more.

Good quality ammo box, would last through any SHTF situation. One can will hold a little over 1000 rounds of 5.56.

Nice cans

These are some nice cans and good price too. Ammo is expensive. Plus these cans work great for storing all kinds of things. Throw in a small dessicant pack and you are good to go!!!

Top-Notch Ammo Cans

These are some great ammo cans. They arrived quickly and are in new condition. That is to say excellent condition. I am able to fit 1k 9mm rounds in each can, in boxes, with room for a 50g dessicant pack. I've now ordered 5 and they're all top notch.
