Quantity Six - US Military Surplus Grade 2 M2A1 50cal Size Steel Ammo Cans

Quantity Six, Grade 2, military surplus, USA Made, 50 cal size, surplus, metal M2A1 or M2A2 ammo cans. The ammo cans are rated Grade 2 due to the likely presence of one or more of the following: faded surface finish, light spray paint or stickers, light rust on the exterior, possible rust in the pivot points, and light dings and or small dents. Many of the cans are straight and in good condition but will likely have light rust in spots and some surface dings or dents. There is possibility of some minor spray paint or stenciling as well. Grade 2 is our "Better" category for ammo cans on the "Good," "Better," "Best" rating scale. These cans seal, and function as expected but have will have a minor surface deficiency of some type. Grade 2 ammo cans are not cleaned to the standards of our Grade 1 ammo cans and may contain evidence of being straightened, and some light dirt or dust. The inside of each ammo box will have a tight, waterproof rubber seal but may contain debris, evidence of moisture or light surface rust. Each pack of ammo cans is shipped in a cardboard box via UPS Ground.

Don't hesitate with grade 2

Second purchase from these guys, first time was grade 1 that were perfect. They were out of grade 1 for the second purchase so tried my hand at grade 2. No worries, some rust in the usual spots but these cans WERE NOT beat to s*!t. About an hour of E-2 level scrubbing with a stainless steel brush and CLP and these are GTG, may not last 50 years but I bet they'll make 49. Highly recommend Clean Ammo Cans!

A Great Source for Ammo Cans!!

Purchased a six pack of Grade 2 Ammo cans and they arrived well packed and quickly. Cans were is fantastic shape with no corrosion and the seals were all in excellent condition. Will certainly buy from Clean-Ammo-Cans again!!

I ORDERED A DOZEN OF THE 'GRADE 2' AMMO CANS FOR MYSELF & A BUDDY ! I WAS A BIT CONCERNED AT FIRST BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY WRERE CLEANER THAN I EXPECTED. I WILL POSSIBLY BE ORDERING MORE CANS IN THE FUTURE. THE ONLY 'DOWNSIDE' WAS THAT CLEAN-AMMO-CANS WON'T GIVE YOU A 'QUANTITY DISCOUNT'.... !

Great deal

All of the cans were just as listed except for ONE that's lid and latch were noticably weaker. The cans lid was bent backwards too far, causing it to not have as much tension. It still has an airtight seal and, for my purposes of storing ammo in my home, is perfectly fine. This isn't minor wear or cosmetic but can be a concern for others. I'd still rate these cans 5/5 stars. They are surplus. Expect damage/variations such as this.

grade 2 50 cal cans

I ordered 6 - 50 cal grade 2 cans and I think they sent grade 1 instead! Great quality, fair value, and carefully packaged! This is a well run operation!
