Ammo cans and ammo can crates are shipped UPS Ground, discreetly packaged in cardboard boxes. Stripper clips and ammo re-pack products are shipped via United States Postal Service. Once each order is processed, tracking information is emailed to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please allow up to a few days for tracking information to populate once the tracking number is received. The tracking number is assigned once the shipping label is printed which is before the carrier picks the package up. Orders are processed and shipped within one to three days, Monday through Friday.
CleanAmmoCans.com ships to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. We assume no responsibility for addresses that were entered incorrectly during checkout that result in orders being delivered to other than the intended recipient. The cost of re-directing packages or replacing goods that were delivered to the wrong address will not be covered by CleanAmmoCans.com unless the error is deemed to be our fault. Please double check to ensure the address provided during the checkout is correct.
No PO Boxes please - Most of the products sold by cleanammocans.com cannot be delivered to PO Boxes due to the size of the package. Please provide a physical delivery address during checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the zip code of the delivery address. Shipping discounts for ammo can purchases are automatically applied at an increasing rate in the shopping cart based on quantity.
Cleanammocans.com does not offer international shipping.
Porch Pirate Policy
Package theft is on the rise. Please ensure you are tracking your orders and retrieve them promptly once delivered by the carrier. Clean Ammo Cans is unable to guarantee the safety of your packages once they are delivered by the carrier and takes no responsibility for replacement or reimbursement of packages pilfered by porch pirates. The shipping companies are relieved of responsibility for the packages once they are delivered. In the event of package theft, please contact your local authorities.
Purchase from cleanammocans.com with confidence! All our products are covered by a money back guarantee. If you do not feel you have received clean surplus ammo cans or stripper clips that match the product description of the item you purchased, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund of your un-used item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase. Refunds or cancellations for orders paid via Credit Card or Paypal will be subject to a 3% transaction fee since the Credit Card companies nor Paypal refunds transaction fees on returns. All products must be returned in the same condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged by the customer, or used by the customer prior to return. Cleanammocans.com is a reseller of surplus products originally produced for the military to different aesthetic requirements than consumer products. The surplus products offered by Cleanammocans.com are once-used and will likely have occasional handling scuffs, minor scratches, light dings and minor surface imperfections. These conditions are not covered by the CleanAmmoCans.com warranty as they are inherent in surplus products and military spec items. The CleanAmmoCans.com warranty does not apply to product variations, surface blemishes, light dings, or other conditions present from the original equipment manufacturer that have passed the military quality control standards and been approved for US military issue.
The return or exchange process includes three steps:
- Initiate RMA
- Ship the item back
- Receive refund or replacement product
Initiate RMA. To initiate a return, customers are required to login to their customer account and initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the purchase was not conducted through a customer account, please use the contact us feature on the website or email [email protected] to request an RMA.
To initiate the RMA process using the customer account:
- Login to the customer account on cleanammocans.com using the 'My Account' link.
- In the “Track Your Recent Orders” section, click on the “View Details” link for the order.
- Once in the order, the click on the "Add New RMA" button.
- Choose the item being returned in the “Order Items” section.
- In the “Order Return Options” section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
- Finally, please add comments in the “Comments” section so we can understand the issue or shortfall.
- Finally, click “Save RMA” to complete the RMA request.
After initiating the RMA, an automated RMA confirmation email will be sent. The message will contain the order number, the RMA number and instructions to await a response and prepaid label from the cleanammocans.com team before shipping the product back.
Ship the item back. Please return ammo cans and ammo can crates in the original box. Stripper clips return shipping will be via US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes available free of charge from any USPS location. If the mistake is ours, we will be happy to supply a prepaid shipping label.
Receive refund or replacement product. Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, and for exchanges, the replacement shipment is made.
Order Cancellation. Provide notification of the desire to cancel the order prior to order fulfillment. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Orders that are canceled after they have been packaged for shipment are subject to 20% restocking fee.
